Privacy Policy - April 2026

Our Commitment
Your Privacy is Our Priority at Peeply, we believe your relationships and your contacts are deeply personal. That's why we've made a deliberate decision to keep your data exactly where it belongs — on your device, not stored in any other place. Peeply exists for one purpose: to help you maintain meaningful, consistent relationships with the people who matter most in your life. We are not a data company. We do not monetize your information. Your trust is the foundation of everything we build. If we serve you well all that we ask is you share Peeply with your friends and contacts.
What Peeply Collects
Peeply requests access to your iOS Contacts for the sole purpose of transferring them into the Peeply app. This import happens on your device, initiated by you, and only when you explicitly grant permission. The information of your contacts is not stored anywhere else.
How We Collect It
All data enters Peeply through one of two ways: you explicitly import it from iOS Contacts (requiring your permission), or you manually enter it within the app. Peeply does not collect data automatically, passively, or in the background.
How Your Data Is Used
Your data is used solely to display your contacts and relationship reminders within the app. It is never used for advertising, analytics, or any commercial purpose.
Third Parties
Peeply does not share your personal contact data with any third parties. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers. Peeply uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives only anonymous purchase data including transaction history and an anonymous device identifier. Your contacts, relationship data, and personal information are never shared with RevenueCat or any other third party. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Data Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored in your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data remains in the app until you delete it. You may delete individual contacts at any time. To delete all your data, use the "Delete Account" option in the Support tab, which permanently removes all your Peeply data from your device. You may also email us at [email protected] to request data deletion.
iOS Contacts Permission
Peeply requests access to your iOS Contacts to enable the import feature. This permission is entirely optional. You can revoke it at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Contacts.
Children's Privacy
Peeply is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Terms of Service - March 2026By downloading or using Peeply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Peeply Is
Peeply is a personal relationship organization app that helps you maintain meaningful connections with the people in your life. Peeply works alongside your iOS Contacts and is not a replacement for the iOS Contacts app.
Your Account
Peeply does not currently require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and your data.
Subscriptions and Payments
Peeply offers the subscription options:
Getting Started: $10 per month
Most Popular: $80 per year
Lifetime: $200 one-time purchase for lifetime access.All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple directly.
Your Data
All data you enter into Peeply is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will permanently delete all of your Peeply data but will not affect the contents of your native device contacts. Peeply is not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device loss, or device damage.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Peeply only for its intended personal relationship management purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Contacts Permission
By approving import of your iOS Contacts into the Peeply app, you authorize the app to import your contact information for display and organization within the app. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Peeply is owned by Peeply, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Peeply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peeply, LLC or any of its employees or owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes through the app where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
